We were referred to SteamWorx by our neighbor and I am so glad we were! First of all Jake was so polite on the phone making the appointment. Sounded sincerely pleased to help us! Jake showed up ON TIME for our appointment. We needed carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms and area rugs as well. He also suggested we have our travertine tile traffic areas done. We knew they desperately needed it and after hearing the job quote we said lets do it! So pleased with the results 🤩 when he was done Jake thanked us for our business and said if we ever needed anything re: floors he would love to help us.

My 5 year old carpet looks like new and smells great. Jake did an EXCELLENT job. Very nice young man who has been doing this type of cleaning for years. He also did a great job on our off white area rug and couch. He was punctual as well. I will definitely use them again!
