Jake showed up ON TIME for our appointment. We needed carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms and area rugs as well. He also suggested we have our travertine tile traffic areas done. We knew they desperately needed it and after hearing the job quote we said lets do it! So pleased with the results 🤩 when he was done Jake thanked us for our business and said if we ever needed anything re: floors he would love to help us.

This company was SUPER amazing sealing our granite counters tops in our kitchen. They got me in within a couple of days of contacting them, were very efficient, affordable and knowledgeable! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and customer focused. She made the scheduling process easy and quickly arranged a day and time that worked perfectly with my schedule. Today, her husband and co-owner, Jake Jones, arrived right on time. Before starting, he took the time to walk through my home with me, look over the wall-to-wall carpet and area rug that needed attention, and clearly explain his cleaning process. He then provided a fair and reasonable price before getting started. Jake began with a thorough pre-treatment, followed by carefully scrubbing the carpets, and finished with a deep steam cleaning. The results were fantastic. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he was also knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly committed to doing high-quality work. It’s refreshing to work with a local, family-owned company that truly values customer service and quality results. I highly recommend SteamWorx Steam Cleaning and will definitely be using them again in the future.
